2. Shipping Costs:

3. Goods Delivery and Receipt:
• The seller is responsible for ensuring the safety of the goods during transportation.
• The buyer should carefully check the quality, quantity, type, and compare the products with the documents, warranty card (if any) before receiving and signing the delivery receipt.
• After successful delivery, we are only responsible for any technical issues caused by the manufacturer. Any other cases will not be our responsibility.
• Goods are delivered at the seller's warehouse. If goods are delivered at the buyer’s warehouse, the goods will be delivered on the seller’s vehicle, and the buyer must arrange for labor and equipment to unload the goods or arrange through a delivery company.
• In some cases where the delivery address is unclear, located in alleys, dangerous areas, or difficult mountainous regions with challenging transportation access, we reserve the right to refuse direct delivery or transportation.
• In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, flooding, ferry bridge breakdowns, etc., we are not responsible for any damages caused by late deliveries or failure to deliver goods to the agreed location..
• For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported to higher floors without an elevator, we kindly ask the customer to assist with the delivery.
